Refunds and Returns Policy for Potcod

At Potcod, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the process of returning products and receiving refunds. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how it works:

1. Eligibility for Replacement:

After opening the package if the product is found in a damaged condition then you need to inform us/email the picture of the damaged product to us within 2-3 days of receipt of the goods with the order reference number at:-  hello@potcod.com

We shall evaluate the extent of damage and let you know if this can be easily fixed locally (minor/moderate damages) and shall send the required material and also bear the reasonable local carpenter cost Or, this needs to be replaced/returned by us (major damages).

***Please save the packing material with you until we reach an outcome, as the Buyer has to take care of the repacking of goods(same/ equivalent) in case of replacement/refund by us. We do not reimburse for re-packing or provide re-packing staff, so saving the original packing is important to re-use. In exceptional cases, if we are unable to provide replacement, we reserve the right to refund in full, after the product is picked up. In that case please contact our customer support team at hello@potcod.com. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

2. Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

3. Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the product minus any shipping fees, discounts, or promotional credits applied at the time of purchase. Refunds are issued in the same currency and method of payment used for the original transaction.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the damage.
